I ordered a Citation M2 and I received a Citation X+. I contacted the customer service email 4 times with no response. It wasn't until I went to my credit card company and disputed the charge that someone from the company reached out asking why I disputed this charge. The helicopter was a retirement gift for my boss. But once he opened it, we found several bad details on it. All the bolts are rusted. The main rotor blades are bended, some frame lines are twisted, and the paint is uneven and it look of low quality. I'm disappointed of the product.

The 3D effect is awesome. Decided to make a frame and scorch using cedar fence pickets for outdoor use. It’s nice that it doesn’t have gaudy mounting hardware showing. If you’re on the fence, “just do it”, you won’t be disappointed.

The original package arrived bent almost in half by UPS. The company replaced that piece with a new one that arrived today and looks awesome. Their communications were frequent and let me know where it was in the process. I am very pleased with the outcome.
Custom art of the F-23A Advanced Tactical Fighter as it would have looked in production. The artist surprised me by incorporating more detail in the wire frame than I had expected. It looks very impressive. This version needs a few refinements so I intend to order another custom design once I've worked out the details.

My husband really loved this gift! My issue is the packaging. I’ve included photos of the cardboard packaging that arrived bent and therefore the metal was also bent. Luckily my husband was able to take a mallet and pound the bend out slightly so it’s not as noticeable.

I was super excited to receive the package! I ordered it kind of late for Father's Day, but it came in time. Someone else who left a review, mentioned their order came from overseas. My package indicated it came from Turkey. Again delivery arrived surprisingly fast considering where it came from. My husband flew P-3's in the Navy. This was a total surprise for him. He hung it immediately. Assembly is super simple. It is only 2 parts. I ordered the largest size and it was hung on a blank wall resulting from our vaulted ceiling. Signed, Super happy customer : )

This was my first custom order. I wanted a Twin Otter on floats and an original Single engine Otter on wheels to go with my Beaver. All bush planes I worked in as a geologist in northern CANADA. They replicated the photographs I sent in exactly and most importantly, responded patiently to several changes I requested in the designs.
